Macarewich "Wiggledogger" (Capistrano Beach, CA) - See all my reviews    This review is from: Cane Creek Thudbuster LT 27.2x450 Suspension Post Black (Sports) I ride bumpy paved to unpaved service roads, and this seat post does smooth out the ruts. I weigh about 225 lbs, and the two dark rubber shock pads (included) work well for me. It will bounce a little if you sit while climbing hills, or during a fast cadence/spin. You can reduce the bounce by sitting back a little further in the saddle or shifting during a fast spin. It's light enough to not notice any extra weight swinging back and forth when climbing on your pedals. I like it.
