wing pro compact drop, May 31, 2010 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: FSA Wing Pro Compact Road Handlebar (Misc.) Great design. The shorter drop is ideal for riders who find it more comfortable to hold the top of the bar rather than dropping down, but this design makes it very comfortable to drop into the bar while riding. I have been riding in the drops now as oppose to infrequently in the past with traditional drop bars.

With these I am perfectly comfortable and matched to the drop position when I want to go there. I wold not ride with any other bar configuration.

I can say that I will not be going back! These have the perfect bend for me. Not too much drop, slightly shorter reach, and unlimited hand positions. I rode a 40cm bar when I got my bike. I should have gotten a 42 in this bar because of the way it's measured. I like the wing tops, they are very comfortable when I'm just cruising around. Of course these aren't the lightest or stiffest bars, but I'm not racing right now and for $40, you can't beat them.
