This is a high powered head light for a road bike. I got this after my friend Vishal said that he wanted a high powered light for riding trails at night. I would have wanted to know that it was so easy to install it was a peace of cake. According to friends you want something with at least 700 lumens. I was quite happy with the value for price ratio and the price is fair. One small issue is that the light can be quite blinding at full power and it is limited to three hours. Anyway, I recommend this it for all those riders doing in night riding after dark along with a reflective vest, a rear flasher, reflective clothing and a cell phone in case of an accident. Excellent light., March 9, 2011 By This review is from: M.K.Lites High Intensity LED bicycle head light (Misc.) This is great light. I bought this for my road bike. I live in NYC. It really lights up the trail along the west side highway. It lasts a long time and it's great for evening rides. The battery has never died but my rides don't exceed two hours.

headlight. There are accessories that you can buy cheaply on the internet for this
light(headband,velcro band etc...)
But the main problem as stated in other reviews for this product...when the light
runs out power...it stops...no warning flicker ...it just stops working...then you
are in complete darkness. So if you do get this light....make sure that you know
how long she last so you dont hurt yourself when it stops suddenly. Buy a spare
battery pack and you should be good to go.
There is a green light at the back of the unit that supposebly goes red when low
on juice...but if you use it as a headlamp you dont notice it before its too late.
I do recommend this powerfull light.
