Looks great, but could use a tad more setback, July 6, 2011 This review is from: Ritchey Classic Seatpost (Misc.) I'll admit that I bought this seatpost primarily because it matched my Ritchey Classic bars. It's definitely attractive, but it's also easy to adjust, stays in adjustment, and is reasonably light. It's also one of the few silver, offset 'posts on the market longer than 300mm.
Ritchey measures the post's setback from the center of the shaft to the center of the clamp. But because the clamp is fairly wide (fore/aft), the setback is effectively shorter. But, to Ritchey's credit, the clamp design is far less likely to bend your saddle's rails.
