SRAM Aluminum TT 500 Reverse Brake Levers, December 12, 2008 This review is from: SRAM Aero 500 Brake Lever Set (Sports) These brake levers were listed in the narrative as being external routing when in fact the ones we received were actually internal. (I note that this has now been corrected.) Therefore we had to return them because we couldn't use them. That said; if a person can use an internally routed reverse brake lever these are a very good; high quality product; they just didn't work for us.
Awesome!, February 7, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: SRAM Aero 500 Brake Lever Set (Sports) Great Brake Lever, i installed it on a pair a of deda velocita track drops, though i am only using one, as a precautionary emergency brake since i ride a track bike with a fixed cog in the street or to sprint/race. I installed a front brake caliper to my carbon fork and ran the brake cable through the bars, through the stem, into the fork tube, and out the bottom of the fork which met the caliper, it works great, i am quite satisfied. and it has a very clean aesthetic flush appearance too while still delivering the much needed stopping ability.
