Poorly packaged, November 21, 2010 By This review is from: SRAM X9 Front Derailleur - 2010 (Sports) Product is excellent and I recommend It with closed eyes. The problem was that it was poorly packaged without adecuate protection. Outer box and product box were broken during shipment. Affortunately item didn't suffer damage and is in 100% good shape.
